Rockets pound Israel after militants killed
Israeli airstrikes have killed several senior Hamas military officials and shattered three multi-story buildings in the Gaza Strip. This battle is even severe and raging than the 50-day war in 2014, The militants in Gaza fired more than 140 rockets in response to an Israeli air-raid. The brutal attack destroyed the al-Sharouk tower in Gaza City and the al-Aqsa TV station which was run by Hamas. At least 67 people in Gaza and seven people in Israel have been killed. The escalation, which began on Monday, is seeing no end to the violence, on the other hand, people are being killed and tortured brutally. The combat in Israel between Jews and Israeli Arabs was highlighted in two incidents where a Jewish man was critically attacked by Arab men, and in another Jewish mob pulled a Palestinian out of his car and beat him up in Bat Yam.
In response to the rockets fired from Gaza to Israel, Israel's Defense Forces (IDF) tweeted that they killed 15 Hamas militants, struck 130 Hamas and Islamic Jihad terror targets in Gaza overnight. They also captured two attack tunnels, a Hamas military intel facility, and weapons manufacturing and storage sites. Not stopping the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu just called these firing a "red line."
The prime reason for these attacks is fuelled by claims over Jerusalem, which both sides see as their capital. This flared up quickly at Jerusalem's Al Aqsa Mosque, which is widely considered as the Palestinian territory by the international community. It is also considered the third holiest in Islam. However, this is also where the holiest site in Judaism, The Temple Mount, is located. Usually, this is the time when streets are bustled with colorful and vibrant nightlife, followed by the Eid al-Fitr holiday on Thursday. People reported with terror that they have nowhere to run and nowhere to hide and that terror is impossible to describe. After a week of bombing, there is no sign of either side to back down, especially when Benjamin Netanyahu authorizes the widening of the offensive and militant groups in Gaza calling for an intifada.
